Shipping: We ship only within the US, using USPS Ground, orders arriving in 2-8 business days from date of shipping. If you need more expedient shipping, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Returns: All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If a return is needed after this time, items may be returned for store credit.
Refunds: Please contact us if a refund is requested. We want our customers to have 100% satisfaction and would love the opportunity to mend the situation if that is not the case. If we are unable to ship within 5 days of purchase and this interferes with timing for you in any way, a refund will be offered with no explanation needed.
Repairs: We will happily repair any broken items, within a year of purchase. If a chain breaks, if a bead falls off, if a clasp is not working, contact us and we will send you shipping information for the repair - at no cost to you. We want to be accessible to our customers and to provide high quality products - part of which includes mending inevitable wear and tear.
